Ghana based Nigerian film producer and director, John Chukwuemeka Okpara popularly known as Emeka Okpara earns six (6) nominations at the NELAS Awards UK 2022.
Winning his first international awards in 2018 at the Uganda Film Festival as Best Film Producer and Best African Film. Recognized for his excellent works, he bags six nominations; Best Film Story, Best Film of the Year, Best Film Director, best Male Actor International and Best Costume with his stellar movie ‘Sometimes In Yesterday‘.
NELAS (Nollywood Entertainment and Leadership Awards) UK in an annual event to recognize, honor and reward the various film makers and players in Africa for their immerse work in the film industry for the year in review.
This year’s edition is scheduled for December 3, 2022 in London, UK.
