The 3rd Edition Of Taste Of Ghana Festival 2022 A successful One

Taste of Ghana is a one-of-its-kind festival of Ghanaian culture hosted by the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre annually in December. The festival seeks to present the distinctive, authentic and traditional facets of the Ghanaian way of life under one umbrella; food, art, made-in-Ghana products, cinematography, fashion et al.

 

The 3rd edition of Taste Of Ghana Festival opened at the forecourt of Black Star Square in Accra on the 23rd and 24 December with a colourful display of Ghanaian arts and culture.  It was a perfect display of Ghanaian Food, Music, Fashion, and Sports and among others, as patrons, we were left stunned by Ghana’s rich culture.

The two-day festival which happens on Friday  23rd to 24 December 2022 was proudly organised by the GHANA INVESTMENT PROMOTION CENTER (GIPC) in collaboration with the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA)

All forms of dance, food, and culture from all 16 regions were on displayed, along with some thrilling performances from Ghanaian’s very own superstar, as the Taste of Ghana festival kick off with dazzling fashion which their stylish is very known in the industry.

Speaking at the sideline of the festival, Mr Yoofi Grant chief executive officer (CEO) of GIPC was amazed to see the rich culture from the 16 regions go on display as they go on to inspect some cultural arts.

“We should have more fun on the second day of the festival with more cultural displays”. He said.

There were exciting performances from the Winneba Masquerades as well as music performances from Legendary Obrafour, Tinny, Efya, and Samini,Reggie Rockstone, among others on the first day of the festival.

The second day of the festival ended with a lot of excitement from some top Ghanaian artists, Akwaboah, Stonebwoy, D Black, Kofi Kinaata, Gyakie and S3fa who came to end with some electrifying performances.
