Ghanaians Don’t Want To Invest In Music – Cabum

Ghanaian rapper and producer Frank Kwame Gyasi- Frimpong popularly known as Cabum has also lamented and calls for support in the music industry.

In one-on-one interview with Dj Ashmen on Native Television, the “No Excuse” hitmaker projected some few potholes in the Ghanaian music industry which he thinks if dealt with the industry will ride on smoothly to the top exactly where we want it to be.

“Ghanaians don’t want to invest in music, the people around us are supposed to help us push further but it’s always us we the artists doing it ourselves.

Other industry players use to have producers and market but we don’t have all this people to sell out crafts, the last time I heard about a producer and a marketer was the year 2005 that was kwaw Kese came down to Kumasi and we were playing on song and I told him we are going to record it but don’t have a producer, but he told me no producer this time around we’re the producer and marketer ourselves so we have to go it our own way”.

He also said he wouldn’t advice any business man to invest in the youth but if he that business feels like doing it, that’s fine and solid.
