Ghanaian media personality and Hitz FM (Day Break) morning show host, Andy Dosty has raised concern about Touch It hitmaker KiDi’s song I Lied in an interview with him.
Andy Dosty for some reasons believed the song has a different story yet to be told by kiDi which he hopes to see that come to fruition.
“It Looks like there is an untold story with this song, each time I listen to it I feel like no there is something wrong somewhere. No like there is something that is uncovered with the I lied song, the video even your performance of the VGMA and like there is something yeah each time i listen to it there is some dark surrounding, some dark clouding, He said.
For good measure, KiDi gave a lively response stating emphatically that, it is because it’s an honest emotional song, and owing what he said to how honest songs has been difficult to hear. KiDi in his own world of understanding thinks a lot of music out there are fictions. Artist normally turns to create something out fiction which is often held to be true because it is expedient to do so which makes it hard for the listener to elatedly connect with the information projected in the song.
