The excitement that children feel while riding carousel is priceless, and one of the main reasons for their love for funfair rides. They find it fascinating to sit on those figures and enjoy the speed.
Children often face a lot of undue stress with studies and other daily activities. Going to funfairs helps them relax and let go of their stress. They can take part in a variety of activities such as: Dance workshops.
The purpose of this funfair was to create a joyous and engaging experience for children in the Tema West community. It was a day filled with various activities such as interactive games, inflatable structures, face painting, storytelling sessions, and more.
The event aims to foster a sense of community, promote the well-being of children, provide a platform for talents in the community to have a platform for exposure and provide an opportunity for families to come together and create lasting memories.
The first edition came off last Saturday 16th September 2023. It was headlined by an upcoiming community artist StepCoin and supported by other acts within the community.
