Ghanaian rappers Medikal and Amerado have ignited a heated exchange on X following Amerado’s bold claim that any conversation about the 2025 Artiste of the Year without his name is incomplete.
In a post, Amerado outlined his achievements from the year under review, asserting that his contributions make him a strong contender for this year’s TGMA Artiste of the Year.

Medikal, however, dismissed Amerado’s claims, stating the rapper has not yet achieved enough to merit such recognition. He further argued that Amerado’s actions are unwarranted and that his accomplishments fall short in comparison.
