Accra FM presenter Nana Romeo has dragged radio pundit Sally Mann to court for defamation and is demanding an amount of Ghc 1 million as compensation.
According to Nana Romeo, Sally Mann on an entertainment show on Power FM made some statements against his brand which are malicious and reckless.
He also dragged in blogger Clement Asamoah for failing to do due diligence by investigating the matter before going ahead and publishing it for his followers.
The lawsuit, filed in the High Court of Justice, Nana Romeo disclosed that these statements not only damaged his reputation but were also false and lacked factual basis.
It continued that he has built a solid reputation as a broadcaster over the years. It stated that the comments have the potential to tarnish his image, which he has diligently nurtured through hard work and dedication.
