Camidoh Not Happy With Sim Registration With The Ghana Card

It seems most Ghanaian citizens still do not agree with the Sim Registration project ongoing including Ghanaian Afrobeats artist, Comidoh who took to his Facebook page to share his greatest disappointment in the Communications and Digitalization Minister, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, who according to her, Ghanaians who haven’t registered their Subscriber Identity Modul (SIM) cards by the end of July would have their lines deactivated. This is due to the non-extension of the registration exercise.

The July 31 deadline is an extension from March 31 when concerns of inaccessibility of the Ghana card, the primary document for the registration and congestion at SIM registration centres and offices of the Telecommunications companies were raised.

The Sugarcane Hitmaker jab them of not being able to use data collected ever since we started registering our ID cards and other documents for all this while.

“In this modern world, you want every citizen to go to telco offices to validate their sim cards. First, it was  biometric voter’s id then passports then Ghana card .. you couldn’t use data from all these points???
Stop playing with us, it’s 2022″.
